Latitude 40: Redesigning tourism on a small island
The podcast series is part of the Islander Way regenerative tourism project being conducted on Flinders Is, Tasmania. The Islander Way aims to co-design the future of tourism with and for the community using regenerative tourism principles. Dianne Dredge from Designing Tourism and The Tourism CoLab describes the project, then subsequent episodes feature personal accounts from Islanders about what makes the Island special to them, their vision for a flourishing or thriving Flinders, and what role tourism and visitors might play in contributing to their own vision for the Island.
